On Saturday 7 September more then 300 people gathered in Koksijde for the Flemish-Catalan Day.
There was music and dance with the Cobla Amsterdam. One could attend a touristic lecture, enjoy Catalan poetry, paella, tapas and Catalan wines. On the political level, there was a panel discussion on the independence referendum of 1 October 2017 and a debate with Catalan President Carles Puigdemont and Professor Bart Maddens.
